ATEX Industrial Vacuums

RGS offers specific machines suitable for zones with dust with suffix “D” or for zones both with gas and dust with suffix “GD”.

All our ATEX vacuum cleaners are category “3”, so they can be used in the zones 2-22. Some models are built using components of category “2”, for zone 1-21.

For applications in zone 0-20 it is recommended to use compressed air machines.

Our vacuum cleaners come with antistatic Category L (Class L filtration is for up to 5 microns) filters as standard. We offer Category M (Class M) filtration, Category M with PTFE. Absolute / HEPA H14 filtration 99.995% M.P.P.S. as options throughout the range. (Class M filtration is for up to 2 microns).

All RGS ATEX Industrial Vacuums are manufactured with electric components in compliance with the ATEX dispositions for the zones of classification.

We can also supply all of our ATEX Industrial vacuums in a standard, non ATEX, version.
